The late Eddie Moore, was very well known in the Mid-Missouri area, owned and operated his own business, Eddie Moore Mechanical for many years, so there will be a large lot of tools, equipment and general household items.
This unique home sitting on 2 acres was custom built for them to serve their own personal needs and raise their family. The main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen with pine wood flooring taken from an old barn, office, living room, dining room, large laundry room, 2 fire places, a butlers staircase and spiral staircase leading to lower level, along with a enclosed patio/summer kitchen containing a grill, counter space and sink (used for canning).
